Why Penn Medicine?
Our history began more than 100 years ago in a small farmhouse on Witherspoon Street in Princeton, where the original Princeton Hospital was founded. Since then, we have grown to become Penn Medicine Princeton Health, a leading provider of comprehensive health-care services, offering advanced care to the community while educating future physicians. Our full continuum of care includes primary and specialty services, medical and surgical care, emergency care, rehabilitation, home care, hospice, wellness programs, and behavioral health services.
Princeton Medical Center, a unit of Princeton Health, has been a leading teaching hospital for more than 40 years. We unite the superior quality care that patients receive at an academic hospital with an exceptional level of personal caring. This is just one of the many ways we are Redefining Care for our patients and their families.
