This full-time position is based in beautiful Jasper, Indiana, just minutes from our state-of-the-art hospital campus, where you’ll join a collaborative team of two experienced Neurologists and two skilled Advanced Practice Providers. Position Highlights:

• General Neurology practice with subspecialty procedures available.

• Procedures include:

  • EEG Reads

  • EMG/NCS (Required)

  • Botox Injections, including EMG-guided (Required)

  • VNS and DBS management (Preferred)

  • Ultrasound (Preferred)

• Inpatient consults: Rare, only for patient continuity.

• Call Schedule: Practice call only—no hospital call burden.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours.

• New graduates and fellows encouraged to apply.

• Note: We are not able to sponsor J1 visas.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $350,000 guaranteed salary (Year 1) + RVU and Quality Incentives

• $50,000 Sign-on Bonus

• $15,000 Relocation Assistance
