Envision Physician Services is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Cardiac Anesthesiology to lead our high-performing team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, located on Florida's stunning Emerald Coast.

Leadership Position Highlights:
Leadership Role: Direct and elevate a comprehensive cardiac anesthesia program
Generous Compensation: $575k-$590k; $125,000 start date bonus, relocation bonus, licensure support,10 weeks PTO, 100% paid malpractice, and full benefits
Lifestyle-Friendly Call: Every 5th Week, beeper call from home (infrequent call backs) – NO in-house call

Opportunity Details:
Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 9 physicians and 25 APPs
Diverse Case mix including Cardiac, Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, and Podiatry
Approximately 400 cardiac cases annually
Level II Trauma Center
Cardiac Fellowship, TEE Certification Required
