Valley Medical Group is looking for a motivated and compassionate Outpatient Developmental/Behavioral or Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician to join our growing practice.
The Developmental Pediatrics program provides consultation and other professional services as part of the Valley Medical Group and Valley-Mount Sinai Children’s Service line in northern New Jersey. This provider would join 2 other experienced developmental-behavioral pediatricians to provide clinical expertise in the evaluation and management of childhood development, behavioral and psychosocial issues. In addition, physicians in this role provide outreach to interested community groups, including schools, childcare programs, parent groups, and help support our broader community based services for the special needs population.
In this position you will be part of a larger multi-specialty group including experienced providers in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Nutrition, Pulmonary medicine, Food Allergy, Cardiology and PM&R, all in collaboration with Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital and the Mount Sinai Health System. The Kireker Center for Child Development offers a broad spectrum of services including speech, physical and occupation therapy. A complete audiology service is also available on-site at the KCCD. Academic appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital are possible based on previous academic ranking and productivity.
