Become part of a collaborative, patient-centered medical home supported by an experienced team of 2 Family Medicine physicians and 2 APCs. We provide the organizational support, clinical resources, and innovative technology needed to deliver exceptional care while enjoying the rewards of practicing in a rural community that qualifies for NHSC loan repayment support.
- Flexible FTE Options: Open to both full-time and part-time schedules; welcoming those preferring a less than 1.0 FTE.

- Clinical Scope: Traditional outpatient care with optional inpatient and procedural opportunities.
- Innovation: System-wide Epic EMR with integrated DAX Copilot and Dragon technology to enhance efficiency and reduce documentation burden.
- Time Allocation: 36 patient contact hours plus 4 administrative hours per week (1.0 FTE).
- Clinic Accessibility: Monday-Friday scheduling with availability that includes early 7:00 a.m. starts (clinic hours: Monday-Wednesday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).
- Managed Call: All after-hours calls are pre-screened by nurse triage, helping protect your personal time.
