OB/GYN Physician - Baraboo Charm with Madison Convenience

SSM Health is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join our collaborative team in Baraboo—an active, welcoming community just 40 miles from Madison. Our campus includes a multi-specialty clinic and well-equipped hospital with on-site imaging, lab, and pharmacy services for seamless patient care.

This full-scope role offers a mix of clinic, inpatient care, and surgery, supported by a strong group of family medicine OB providers. You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule of 3 clinic days + 1 OR day, a 1:4 call rotation, Epic EMR, and access to a large specialty network.

About SSM Health St. Clare Hospital: A 27-bed hospital with 24/7 Level 4 trauma coverage, dedicated Hospitalists, and 200 deliveries annually—providing a supportive, well-resourced setting for OB/GYN practice.
