The Duke Anesthesiology Division of Neuroanesthesiology is seeking full-time neuroanesthesiologists at all three Duke hospitals in the Triangle area. Ideal candidates will be BC/BE in anesthesiology with a commitment to teaching and research, in addition to clinical care. Fellowship training in neuroanesthesiology is preferred, or significant experience and expertise in the field. Neurocritical care experience would be an asset, but is not required.

The Division covers a large and rapidly growing neurosurgical and interventional neuroradiology practice. Intraoperative MRI & CT imaging and endovascular neuroradiology suites increase the range of surgical capabilities integral to the neuroanesthesia practice. Duke University Hospital is a Level I trauma center, a JCAHO Certified Stroke Center, and home of the world-renowned Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center.
