Salud Family Health is hiring a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Community Health Clinic in Sterling, Colorado. This position requires no hospital work and offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and generous compensation.
What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: $250,000–$284,800
- Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
- 4-Day Work Week: 32 scheduled patient hours per week

Education:
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine
Experience:
Licensure:
- Possess a license to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado
- Board certification in family medicine
- J1 visa waiver docs are eligible, but board certification has to be in family medicine
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
