Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our growing Urology Department at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois.

- Full-time, employed position within a physician-led health system
- Practice the full breadth of Urology with the ability to maintain diverse clinical interests
- Dedicated and experienced support staff to ensure a highly efficient practice
- Surgeries performed at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH), a 25-bed Critical Access DNV accredited facility
- State-of-the-art environment with 5 ORs supporting a wide range of specialties
- Da Vinci surgical system available in November 2026
- Collaborative support from hospital-based and specialty services including General Surgery, Oncology, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, ENT, and more
- Service area includes 8 Southeastern Illinois counties, serving a population of over 109,000 patients
- Block surgical time available for optimal scheduling and procedural consistency
- Outreach opportunities to surrounding communities, expanding patient access and continuity of care
- Potential for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine in Urbana, IL

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $650,000 - $705,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
