Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 - $ 350,00 (Depending on Experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Plus Production Bonus: $45,000 for Weekly Production
• Plus Annual Bonus: $10,000
• Student Loan Assistance: $125k Per Year!
• Paid Time Off: 42 days for PTO, Holidays, & CME

Qualifications

• Degree: MD/DO
• Licensure: Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one
• Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience: In-practice and 2026 grads accepted
