Academic Neonatologist – Texas Tech University

High-Impact Level IV NICU Setting in No-Income Tax State

 

Practice Highlights:

  • Level IV academic NICU with 50 beds, full?scope acuity, and robust subspecialty access.
  • Cohesive team of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric residents
  • Predictable 1–2 week service blocks with a well?supported in?house call model that protects true off?time.
  • Consistent leadership in high?risk deliveries with streamlined OB collaboration.
  • Influence evolving Neuro?NICU, Small Baby, and POCUS programs; lead QI and clinical protocol development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive academic base commensurate with rank/experience.
  • Bonus & Incentives: Signing & relocation bonuses including Fellowship stipend up to $30,000 (eligible candidates).
