TGH Senior Center Powered by Greenbrook Medical is hiring Primary Care Physicians (IM / FM / Geriatrics) for new and expansion clinic locations in the Greater Tampa Bay area (immediate through 2027).

This is a value-based care model with small patient panels, longer visits, and strong clinical support, allowing physicians to focus on quality care instead of volume.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Patient visits typically scheduled 9 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

Physicians provide comprehensive primary care for senior patients in a coordinated, value-based care environment focused on outcomes, prevention, and patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing chronic and preventive care
• Developing personalized care plans
• Coordinating with specialists and care team
• Meeting quality metrics in value-based model
• Building strong patient relationships
• Using EMR (Epic) for documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (required)
• Florida license or eligible
• 2–6 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Interest in value-based or senior care preferred
