This position includes a?$30,000?sign-on bonus, up to $20,000?in relocation assistance.
Searching for a Geriatric Fellowship trained physician to join our Utah Valley Clinic, which is located directly on the campus of our 395-bed, level II trauma center, Utah Valley Hospital.
Comprehensive provider team is comprised of 1 other physician and 2 APPs.
This clinic also boasts an excellent clinical support staff which allows our providers to focus on delivering quality medical care.
Full time, this role will include 4 weekdays of geriatric primary care and the opportunity to add expertise to our memory care service imbedded in the clinic.
Providers enjoy one weekday and weekends off weekly.
