Susquehanna Family Medicine, located in Marietta, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced and supportive team.
- The practice includes 5 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- Focused on collaborative, patient-centered care
- Team-based approach includes support with care coordination, goal-setting, referrals, and connecting patients to essential resources
Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor lab results and medication usage for safety and effectiveness
- Administer and prescribe medications, vaccinations, and therapies
- Explain medical procedures, test results, and treatments to patients
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team (nurses, social workers, pharmacists, therapists, etc.)
- Refer patients to specialists when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
