About the Opportunity
Quentin Family Medicine, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-focused team.
- Practice alongside a team of 2 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
- Located within the LGH Lebanon multi-specialty center, offering:
- Family Medicine
- Urgent Care
- Lab Services
- Imaging (including Mammography and Ultrasound)
- Cardiology
- Behavioral Health
- Orthopedics
- Excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-based care model
Key Responsibilities
Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:
- Conduct patient consultations and determine treatment plans
- Recommend and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor lab results, medication use, and potential toxicities
- Prescribe/administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations
- Explain procedures, test results, and care plans to patients
- Collaborate with a full care team, including nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other professionals
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
