Position Highlights:
- Level IV NICU (50 beds) caring for complex newborns, with all subspecialties except cardiac surgery
- Collaborative team: 5 neonatologists, pediatric residents, and NNPs
- Advanced resources: Point-of-care ultrasound; plans for Neuro NICU and Small Baby Unit
- Extra earning opportunities: moonlighting available
