Primary Care Physician Lead - $300K plus potential annual earnings

We are currently seeking a physician in the Jacksonville area to lead a dedicated team of providers practicing medicine in a way that fosters meaningful connections. Our model includes smaller patient panels, enabling our providers to spend 30-60 minutes with each patient - ensuring that you can build relationships, truly listen, assess, and respond to their needs without the rush often felt in larger practices. Supported by schedulers, patient care coordinators, and medical assistants, our providers are empowered to provide top-notch care while navigating the complexities of geriatric medicine. We even provide a company vehicle, driven by a Medical Assistant who provides clinical support during visits.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Medical "Pod" Leader will be the clinical leader responsible for the clinical performance of clinical team members – to include: Accurate diagnosis and documentation, quality, patient experience, affordability, patient safety and clinical team dynamics. The pod leader will be tasked with developing and maintaining close working relationships with all clinical team members in the clinical pod. The pod leader will also function as the collaborating physician for associated pod advanced practice providers (APPs). This position will have a dyad partnership with the local Operations Lead and will work closely with the Regional Medical Director.
