FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Position Highlights: 

• Job Type: Full-time, hospital-employed primary care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Work-Life Balance: Mix of Inpatient/Outpatient care, averaging 12-15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $280,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Retention Bonus: $30,000 
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $120,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD/DO
• Certifications:  BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensure: Active Arizona License or Ability to Obtain One
• Sponsorship: Able to Provide J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship
