Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care

HonorHealth Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, quality-focused BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join Arizona's largest primary care network. Practice in one of the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in the Northwest Phoenix area, serving patients in Peoria, Glendale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and North Phoenix.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Full-time schedule: 36 patient contact hours + 4 administrative hours
- Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
- Minimal phone-only call
- Integrated behavioral health and easy access to specialists
