  • 60% to 80% teaching and consultative patient care with flexibility to focus on inpatient, outpatient, or a combination of both
  • 20% protected time for Fellowship Director responsibilities
  • Up to 20% dedicated time to pursue special interests
• Collaborative Multispecialty Team:
  • Academic medical center setting within a highly collaborative Division of Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine
  • Access to Social Workers, Therapy, Pharmacy, and Dementia Care Program run by the school of nursing 
• Ample Midlevel Support: Outpatient Nurse practitioner support to assist with follow-ups and team-based care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: ~$300K based on experience and rank
• Generous sign on incentive and relocation assistance
• $4K annual CME allowance

Qualifications: 

• Board certification in Geriatrics
• Eligible for licensure in the state of California
• Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship in Geriatrics
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• H1B visa sponsorship available
