Team, Rooms and Care Model:

• Two anesthesiologists supported by seventeen CRNAs
• Eleven operating rooms
• Care team supervision model
• Dedicated block nurse utilizing state-of-the-art GE ultrasound systems for regional anesthesia

Volumes, Style and Call:

• Approximately 6,000 regional anesthesia blocks annually
• Clinical oversight of the pre-anesthesia and post-anesthesia care units (PACU)
• Collaboration with a dedicated pre-anesthesia testing (PAMI) clinic to optimize patients prior to surgery
• Close collaboration with surgeons and nursing teams for complex patient management and safe anesthetic delivery
• Strong work-life balance with flexible shifts and minimal weekend engagement
• Call: 1:14

Compensation Package:

• Base floor of $575,000 for 1.0 FTE shift requirement
• $150,000 retention incentive payable after 3 years of continuous 1.0 FTE employment (subject to contract terms)
