Services range from heart care and neurological care to robotic surgery. Position

• Positions Available: 1 Full-Time; 1 Nocturnist - $10,000 Starting Bonus
• Shifts: 6A to 6P, 6P to 6A
• Trauma Center: Level IV
• Annual Visits: 17,000
• ED Beds:  16
• Patients Per Hour: 1.8
• Admit Rate: 12% - Hospitalists handle admissions
• Transfer Rate: 3%
• Physician Coverage: 24 hours – single doc coverage
• APP Coverage: 12 hours
• POCUS:  Sonosite
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Beds: 100
• Specialists: Ob/Gyn, Pedi, GI, Neurology, IR, Surgery, Orthopedics, Psychiatry, Cardiology
• Qualifications: ABEM or ABOEM BE/BC

Compensation

• Signing Bonus: $10,000 for full-time nocturnist position with one year commitment
• W2: $245/hr ($100/hr base & QSP &RVU) - $210/hr 90 day income guarantee
• 1099: $260/hr ($120/hr base & QSP &RVU) -$220/hr 90 day income guarantee
• QSP: Quality Service Performance metrics pay which is paid monthly

• Liability Insurance:$2mil/$4mil Occurrence-based liability insurance coverage (no tail coverage necessary)
