We are seeking a full-time inpatient psychiatrist to join a leading behavioral health hospital in Washington, DC. This role offers a competitive salary with sign-on and relocation incentives, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality adult and addiction psychiatric care alongside a multidisciplinary, collaborative care team.

Schedule / Hours: Standard inpatient shifts, no night calls
Call: Minimal to none
Patient Volume: Adult and addiction inpatients
Location: Washington, DC
Practice Setting: Inpatient psychiatric hospital
Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists
EMR / Technology: Cerner electronic medical record system
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including medication management and psychotherapy to adult patients with mental health and substance use disorders
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities including assessments, treatment planning, and patient follow-up
Document clinical activities accurately using the hospital s EMR system
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $275,000 $350,000 plus sign-on and relocation bonuses

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible medical license in Washington, DC
