Position Highlights

• 100% inpatient psychiatry — no outpatient responsibilities
• Night and weekend shift coverage; well-suited as a supplemental income opportunity alongside a full-time position
• Large inpatient footprint: 86-bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and 12-bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester)
• Full behavioral health continuum on-site, including a 17-bed child/adolescent unit and 24-bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit
• Hospital-employed position within Tenet Healthcare
• Collaborative, team-based model with supportive administration and established clinical staff

Candidate Requirements

• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABIM)
• Clear credentialing history and consistent, comparable work experience
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
