Compensation & Benefits Package

• Guaranteed Year 1 Salary: $450,000+ base
• Proven Partner Earnings: $600,000+ potential as partner (performance-based)
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• All experience levels encouraged – new graduates and practicing otolaryngologists welcome
