Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), Florida’s largest independent urology practice, is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists to join our established practice in Panama City, FL.

These rare openings are the result of planned retirements of long-standing partner physicians in 2026 and 2027. This is an opportunity to step into an immediate, thriving patient base and help carry forward a legacy of high-quality urologic care in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide general urologic care with the flexibility to develop subspecialty interests

• Step into a busy, well-established clinic with immediate volume and referrals

• Perform surgeries and procedures with experienced APP and staff support

• Equitable call coverage designed for work-life balance

• See 25–35 patients per clinic day with optimized clinic flow
