How you’ll make an impact in this role

Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our well established Heather Glen primary care office on the northside of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Our primary care team provides personalized, compassionate care for acute care, chronic disease management as well as primary care needs.

• Easy to access location for patients in many areas of the city.
• See approx 18 patients/day
• Onsite lab
• Medicare Wellness RN on staff

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
