What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Assume an established patient panel with the ability to grow your own practice.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
• Contribute to the clinic’s vision for sustainable growth and excellence in primary care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.
• Passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to community health.
• Interest in building a lasting practice within a physician-owned model.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 18-month guaranteed salary range: $190,000–$550,000
• Transition to production-based compensation after guarantee period
• Signing bonus and relocation allowance available
• 401(k) with profit-sharing
• CME allowance + Paid Time Off
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and malpractice coverage
• Shareholder/partner status available after year one
