Samaritan Health Services has an opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit, integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Albany, Oregon. Our clinics offer a full range of primary care, including chronic disease management, pediatric care, childhood immunizations, and obstetrical care. 

Samaritan Albany General Hospital is a 79-bed acute care facility located in historic downtown Albany. Rich in history, the current hospital is built in the same location as the first Albany hospital and is a Level III trauma center providing medical services to the greater Albany area. 

Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln, and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Our skilled providers have a passion for building healthier communities through world-class, compassionate healthcare. 

Job Specifics

• Well-established team of full-time clinicians, including behavioral health psychologists
• EPIC EMR
• 34 patient contact hours per week
• 4.5 days per week is full-time
• Phone-only call to be shared among all clinicians 

Job Requirements

• Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
• Passion and interest in rural health is a plus
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Strong commitment to team-oriented, high-quality care
• Eligibility to work in the United States
