- Location: Cortez, Colorado
- 24 hour shift coverage
- Details:
- ICU Beds: 4
- Acute Beds: 13
- Swing Beds: average 4/utilize within the 13 medsurg acute bed
- Acuity: Variable, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Weakness, DKA, Resp failure
- Volume:
- Max census: 20 (including Family birthing unit of 3 rooms)
- Minimum census: 2-4
- Average daily census: 8
- Average weekly admissions: 12-20 approx.
- Average daily discharges: 1-4
- Average LOS: Med Surg: 4 days
- 2025 (10 months ended October 2025) – 12 Total
- Med/Surg: 5
- ICU: 2
- OBs (combined with med/surg & ICU): 1
- Swing: 3
- 2024 - 11 total
- Med/Surg: 5
- ICU: 2
- OBs (combined with med/surg & ICU): 1
- Swing - 3
- EMR: Cerner
- Onsite Subspeciality Support: General Surgery, Anesthesia, Ortho, Podiatry, 24/7 OB Coverage
- Experience + Qualifications:

- Standard:
- 1900/shift - base
- $100/shift - travel
- $600/shift - PEDS coverage
- Eligible for PRIME
- 92% of billings
- wRVU:
- $2300/shift - base
- $100/shift - travel
- $600/shift - PEDS coverage
- Eligible for PRIME
- wRVU Threshold = 14.25
- wRVU Payment above threshold average for the quarter = $29.69
- Independent Contractor (1099)
