General Surgeon - Sanford Health - Worthington, MN

Sanford Clinic Worthington is looking to add a BE/BC general surgeon to its established group of
providers.

• Work in conjunction with other Sanford Clinic surgeons to provide General Surgery services to Southwestern Minnesota communities
• Call is shared with 3 General Surgeons
•Medical, Surgical and ICU units attended by Hospitalist
• Regional obstetrics/gynecology location
• Level IVII trauma center

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $442,782 - $573,012 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.

The Worthington area provides some fine snowmobiling. This region is mostly rolling farmland with beautiful fields. An extensive snowmobiling trail throughout Nobles County has been layer out and is groomed by the Frosty Riders snowmobiling club.
