 Deaconess Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatric trained Physician with a passion for preventive medicine, population health, and wellness-focused care. This full-time outpatient opportunity provides the chance to practice in a proactive, patient-centered environment that integrates traditional primary care with employee wellness initiatives.

 

 Role responsibilities:

  • Full time, 36 hours of patient facing time per week and 4 hours of administration time per week. (Outpatient only)
  • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to Old National Bank employees and their families in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Collaborate with the onsite Wellness Coach and NP to identify high-risk individuals and implement personalized health and wellness plans.
  • Engage employees through wellness programming, health education, and targeted outreach to encourage participation in screenings and chronic disease management.
  • Utilize data insights and population health tools to guide care strategies and track outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of wellness and preventive health across the organization.
  • Integrated Epic EHR system, strong administrative backing, and access to Deaconess system resources.
  • Leadership and teaching opportunities available through Deaconess Clinic and the IU School of Medicine–Evansville.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • A base salary of $116/ hour, plus potential for quality incentives and an annual merit increase.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental coverage, generous retirement contributions (401(k), 457(b)), five weeks of paid vacation, one week of CME with allowance, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus.

STONE FAMILY CENTER

Evansville is home to the new Stone Center, which contains Indiana University School of Medicine – Evansville as well as programs for the University of Evansville and USI. More than 250 USI graduate-level students in the Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, Master’s of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs, and 120 undergraduate, senior nursing students will use the Stone Center.
