Emergency Medicine Physician – Cambridge, OH

Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified, Board-Certified Emergency Medicine (EM) Physician or an experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician with EM experience to join our esteemed emergency department at OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. Position Details:

• Location: OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center, Cambridge, OH
• Facility Type: 16-bed Emergency Department
• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 27,000 visits
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, available 24/7 coverage
• Staffing:
  • Physician coverage: 24 hours/day
  • Advanced Practice Providers (APPs): 36 hours/day
• Electronic Medical Record: Meditech EMR
• Position Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)
• On-site Support: Administrative support available
• Residency & Relocation: Candidates should be residents of or willing to relocate within the immediate geographical area; relocation assistance to be discussed during the interview process.
• Experience Required:
  • Candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine or have significant EM experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Not accepting recent graduates or applicants requiring visa sponsorship.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine (preferred) or relevant experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with EM exposure
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and clinical skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Contracting Options:
  • W-2 employment with benefits or
  • 1099 independent contractor, with guaranteed shifts
• Hourly Rates:
  • W-2: $240/hour
  • 1099: $250/hour
  • Additional $10/hour for night shifts
• Benefits (W-2 positions):
