We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Specialist to fill a vital temporary role supporting our clinic and operating room services. Position Overview:

As a Urology Locum Physician, you will provide essential clinic and surgical coverage to support our healthcare team while our full-time Urologist is on medical leave. The role involves working primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend commitments. Your participation will help maintain the continuity of care and uphold our commitment to patient excellence. The assignment is expected to commence in late 2025, with a preference for providers able to start in November or December, and require at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred.

Required Skills:

• Active Urology license in New Mexico
• Proven experience in urological clinic and surgical procedures
• Clean professional history with no violations or adverse incidents
• Ability to provide clinic and OR coverage with a flexible, team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to start in late 2025, specifically November or December

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working as a locum or temporary provider
• Familiarity with hospital and surgical protocols
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications relevant to urological procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Valid U.S. medical license in good standing, specifically in New Mexico
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology
• Prior locum or temporary assignments are advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must have an active U.S. medical license in New Mexico before start date
• Ability to perform both clinic and surgical responsibilities without call duties
• Willingness to work at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred
• Must meet all clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements for temporary privileges
• Compensation at a rate of $1.00 per hour
