As a Locum Physician specializing in General Medicine, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality evaluations through Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments. Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active medical license in Kentucky.
• Proven experience in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or orthopedics.
• Strong clinical skills, including physical assessment and interview techniques.
• Ability to perform detailed exams within a structured setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with Veterans Affairs (VA) examinations or compensation & pension evaluations.
• Familiarity with medical-legal documentation and report writing.
• Certification in relevant specialties or additional certifications such as DMA (if applicable).

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience conducting C&P exams or similar assessments preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Must conduct exams within a 50-mile radius of Paducah, KY, with own office setup required.
• Ability to work PRN, on a flexible schedule (half-day or full-day shifts).
• Willingness to complete training, including onboarding processes.
• Local candidates preferred; travel is included in compensation rates.
• Valid certifications and licensure in good standing.

Hourly Pay Rate: $624.00
