Required Skills:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas or ability to obtain one quickly
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB attention
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetric care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt swiftly to hospital protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in high-volume or tertiary care settings
• Certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with completion of residency in OB/GYN or Family Medicine
• Prior locum or hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or around December 31, 2025
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Credentialing and licensure reimbursement opportunities where applicable
