Required Skills:

• Active and unrestricted Physician license in Texas or the ability to obtain one promptly
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB-GYN) or Family Medicine with OB experience
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and labor & delivery management
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working as a locum or in temporary hospital staffing roles
• BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• Familiarity with hospital EMR systems
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience in a hospital setting
• Texas medical licensure or the ability to obtain licensure swiftly

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to start on 12/31/2025 and work scheduled shifts as assigned
• Travel and licensure reimbursement when applicable
• Compliance with hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements
