We are seeking a highly motivated Locum Physician specializing in General Medicine to join our team on a flexible, ongoing basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to vital veteran health assessments across Arizona, with the convenience of remote or local practice setups. Play a crucial part in ensuring our nation's heroes receive the quality care they deserve.

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active state medical license in Arizona
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience performing Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and health assessments
• Strong interview and physical assessment skills, including range of motion and muscle strength testing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a PRN environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience working with Veterans or in a government healthcare setting
• Familiarity with diagnostic reading and clinical report documentation
• Certification in DME or other relevant medical credentials

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or related fields
• Prior experience conducting non-treatment assessments or working within Veteran-focused programs is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within 50 miles of designated locations or have own office setup for local provider sites
• Ability to work flexible hours, including half-day or full-day shifts
• Willingness to complete credentialing and onboarding promptly
• Travel reimbursement included where applicable, no prior DMA certification or portal training reimbursement
