Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist services
• Strong clinical skills in OB triage, deliveries, and gynecological emergencies
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume patient caseload
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems (specific system to be determined)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hospitalist models combining clinic and call duties
• NICU Level 1 certification or experience managing neonatal cases
• Prior work in rural or community hospital settings
• Ability to handle unassigned gyn emergencies confidently

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of OB hospitalist fellowship or equivalent training
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency hospitalist experience

Other Requirements:

• Coverage start date is 12/31/2025
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hospital protocols
• Ability to travel to the assignment location; travel and licensing reimbursements are provided where applicable

This position offers competitive pay at a rate of $195.00 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
