Required Skills:

• Valid and active North Carolina medical license
• Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing gynecological procedures, including circumcisions
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in advanced gynecologic procedures
• Experience working in diverse healthcare settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient population

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is highly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must maintain an active North Carolina medical license
• Ability to perform circumcisions and other gynecological procedures competently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including onsite call responsibilities
• The position begins on 12/31/2025 and continues based on ongoing needs
• Travel reimbursement and certification fees covered when applicable
• Onsite accommodations available, such as onsite call room or local hotel accommodations

Compensation is competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $1.00. Benefits include weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, licensure and certification reimbursement, paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws, and a robust referral bonus program.
