Required Skills:

• Active Washington State medical license or IMLC certification
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in hospital-based OB-GYN practice
• Ability to perform minor surgical procedures
• Bilingual abilities in languages commonly used in the community

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency

Other Requirements:

• Clean history and malpractice insurance required
• Willingness to participate in call rotation (1:3), with flexibility to provide support remotely as appropriate
• Documentation of patient contact hours, including callback hours, with detailed notes for verification
• Ongoing availability starting February 2, 2026, with a minimum commitment of three months
• Ability to work Mon-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12pm, with on-call duties from 7am to 7am

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
