Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time) - Providence Medical Group

We are growing to serve our community! Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join our collaborative and well-established primary care teams across multiple outpatient clinic locations in Southwest Washington. Our highly integrated clinics are designed to support physicians in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care—while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

You’ll practice in a beautiful, purpose-built clinic with embedded services that reduce administrative burden and allow you to focus on what matters most: caring for patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $304,209 per year
• Compensation may include productivity incentives, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable

Providence Medical Group - Southwest Washington is an organization of employed physicians and advanced-practice clinicians, providing services in two hospitals and 38 Primary and Specialty Care Clinics within 5 counties in the South Puget Sound region. With more than 300 employed medical providers in 22 specialties, the group offers highly coordinated care for patients by using a shared EMR system. The National Committee for Quality Assurance has recognized its primary care clinics as patient-centered medical homes.
