• Competitive rate of $250 per hour
• 12-hour shifts supporting strong work-life balance
• Approximately 15,000 annual ED visits—a manageable volume with diverse cases
• 25-bed critical access hospital with a close-knit clinical team
• System-wide Epic EMR for continuity and efficiency

While you’ll practice with autonomy, you’re never alone—Mercy provides access to a broader system of specialists, resources, and colleagues when needed. You’ll also have the option to moonlight at larger Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region for additional variety and income.
