• Competitive rate of $250 per hour

• 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) supporting strong work-life balance

• Approximately 13,000 annual ED visits—a manageable volume with diverse cases

• 25-bed critical access hospital with a close-knit clinical team

• System-wide Epic EMR for continuity and efficiency

• Leapfrog “A” Safety Grade for patient care excellence
