Minimum Requirements

•           Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

•           Active Arizona license or eligible to obtain

•           DEA with prescriptive authority

•           3 years' experience required

Practice Details

•                   Employment Status: Full-Time

•                   Practice Composition: 3-physician General Surgery practice with dedicated Medical Assistant support

•                   Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

•                   Practice Scope: Full spectrum General Surgery practice

•                   Required Skills: Endoscopy skillset required

•                   Annual Surgical Volumes:

·                    Approximately 150 general surgery cases

·                    Approximately 350 endoscopy cases (mainly lower endoscopy/colonoscopies)

•                   Call Schedule: 10 days per month required
