• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 4-day work schedule
• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine candidates
• High patient volume with 16 - 20 patient census
• RN navigator support with 1 RN for every 2 provider locations
• APP clinical access support for administrative tasks
• Prescription eFill Service with dedicated pharmacist support
• RN telephone triage support for after-hours patient access
• Internal medicine physicians also considered
