We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Physician to our team at Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Practice Highlights:

• ED Volume: 56,000
• 33-bed Emergency Department with a Rapid Assessment Zone
• High-acuity patient population with 20% Critical Care billing rate
• 30% admission rate with broad pathology
• Stroke and Chest Pain Center designation with 24-hour catheterization laboratory
• Excellent specialty backup and consultants, including 24/7 obstetrical support
• EMR: Cerner

What your practice will look like:
You’ll work in a high-acuity Emergency Department with strong specialty support and access to advanced clinical resources. The structure supports efficient workflows and team-based care, allowing for high-quality care across a wide range of patient acuity.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $212/hour to $228/hour

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Board Certified in Family Medicine with completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship and minimum 1 year of specific Emergency Medicine experience
