About the position:
• $700k first year, sign-on, and no state-income tax
• After first year transition to productivity model with quality bonuses
• High-volume practice: 70+ new patients monthly, full control over schedule, panel size, and growth
• No traditional hospital call: inpatient consults are referred by the hospitalist team, not urgent call coverage
• Strong referral base: largest primary care group in the region, plus specialty partners, across a 350,000-person service area
• Full multidisciplinary support: infusion services, oncology pharmacy, nurse navigation, social work, and palliative care
• Advanced diagnostics: PSMA PET, nuclear medicine, stereotactic and sentinel lymph node biopsy
• Access to a 24-bed inpatient hospice facility
• Ground floor opportunity to launch clinical trials, build a sub-specialty focus, and help shape the program’s growth
• Relocation, residency stipend, and CME allowance
• Marketing & practice development support from a dedicated physician liaison, including community branding and outreach
