Position Highlights

• Competitive salary range: $294,528–$312,000

• $30,000 sign-on bonus (50% paid at start, 50% after 6 months)

• Full-time, outpatient primary care position

• Practice alongside experienced mid-level providers and multidisciplinary care teams

• Deliver meaningful, continuity-based care to a diverse, multilingual patient population

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to individuals and families

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic illnesses

• Deliver preventive, acute, and behavioral health–integrated care

• Perform minor procedures and routine women’s health services (Pap smears, pelvic exams, family planning)

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including UDS and HEDIS measures

• Collaborate with and supervise nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and clinical support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

• Participate in shared after-hours call rotation

• Support continuous quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)

• Active California medical license or ability to obtain

• Current DEA registration and BLS certification

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

• Demonstrated commitment to health equity and community-based primary care
