Family Medicine Physician | Outpatient Only | No Call, No Weekends

DAP Health is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Riverside County, California. This opportunity includes placement at our San Jacinto Health Center with optional coverage at our Anza location, which offers an additional $100,000 annual stipend.

• Base salary up to $312,000

Practice Locations

San Jacinto Health Center

A modern outpatient clinic serving a growing and diverse Riverside County community. Physicians enjoy a collaborative model of care, strong support staff, and a patient-centered approach.

Anza Location (Stipend Eligible)

Physicians providing coverage at the Anza site receive an additional $100,000 annually. This rural location serves a high-need population and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful community impact.

Scope of Practice

Physicians will practice the full scope of Family Medicine, including:

• Preventive medicine and wellness visits

• Chronic disease management

• Acute care and same-day visits

• Minor office-based procedures

• Women’s health services

• Integrated behavioral health care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages

• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

• Manage chronic conditions and deliver preventive services

• Perform minor procedures and routine women’s health services

• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and support staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives (UDS, HEDIS)

• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation

• Support team-based, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Active DEA registration

• Current BLS certification

• Commitment to community-based care and health equity
