Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist – Albuquerque, NM

At Presbyterian, it’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it. We’re looking for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing team at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Our active program performs approximately 200 surgeries annually and offers state-of-the-art operating rooms, NICU, and PICU. We provide comprehensive care for children and adults with congenital heart disease, including 10,000+ outpatient visits and 100 catheterizations each year.

What We’re Seeking

  • BC/BE in Pediatric Interventional Cardiology
  • Expertise in diagnostic and catheter-based cardiovascular interventions
  • Collaborative, patient-focused approach
  • Ability to obtain NM medical license

Position Highlights

  • Perform and interpret pediatric and adult congenital cardiac catheterizations
  • Consult on ED, NICU, and PICU patients
  • Assist with post-op management and read echos, ECGs, and Holters
  • Provide outpatient care, including interpretation and billing for tests
  • Participate in outreach clinics, surgical conferences, and quality initiatives
  • Call coverage includes urgent echos and inpatient rounding
