Bon Secours - St. Francis Downtown is seeking a dedicated locum physician to provide exceptional cancer care at our state-of-the-art Free-Standing Cancer Center. What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient oncology care for adult and geriatric patients
• Participate in tumor board discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning
• Manage treatments including chemotherapy administration with support from Nurse Oncologists
• Order tests, images, and coordinate patient management within the EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with no required call during the locum period

Required Skills:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligible in Oncology
• Valid medical license to practice in South Carolina
• Proven experience in adult hematology and oncology
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with bone marrow transplants and blood bank management
• Familiarity with tumor board participation
• Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team
• Previous locum or temporary coverage experience in oncology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited oncology fellowship
• At least 2 years of practice experience in oncology
• Prior experience working in outpatient and inpatient oncology settings

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing completion estimated within 60 days
• Ability to travel to Greenville, SC; reimbursed for travel, hotel, rental car, and mileage
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
